Miley Cyrus at Kids Choice Awards

Miley Cyrus on April 2, 2011 arriving for Nickelodeon’s 24th Annual Kids’ Choice Awards at the USC Galen Center in Los Angeles. She rocked the orange carpet in this floral print Dolce&Gabbana dress. She sat next to Will Smith during the ceremony and was a presenter during the event. Her very long brown hair looked great parted in the middle with tousled waves hanging over her shoulders. She wore several long necklaces. She looked great!
