Miley Cyrus in April of 2010 in Concert at Make-A-Wish Foundation’s “World Wish Day” at The Grove in Los Angeles. She looked adorable wearing this light gray tunic over black leggings. Her long light brown hair looked great parted in the middle and hanging in gentle waves over her shoulders. She wore a lot of silver bracelets. We love this look on her.

Miley Cyrus in June of 2009 arriving at the 20th Annual “A Time For Heroes” Celebrity Carnival in Los Angeles. Miley looked super cute in this little gray tunic with little black shorts underneath. The sleeves of the tunic had a very long fringe. She accessorized it with a silver studded belt, long chain necklaces and a silver studded bracelet. She wore high, over-the-knee, black boots.stud

Miley’s hairstyle was adorable too. She let her long tousled waves cascade over her shoulders. There were blonde highlights around her face and it faded into a reddish brown at the ends.
