Miley Cyrus on December 9, 2011 arriving on the red carpet for the 2011 American Giving Awards held at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles. Miley wore a very low cut Jenny Packham dress for the event. She accessorized with Alaia heels and Loree Rodkin jewelry.
