She wore a tight long sleeved mini dress. It was navy blue with see-through black lace. She accessorized with several long silver necklaces, sexy black shoes and a silver clutch. Her eyes look so crystal blue with the black liquid eye liner.

She looked very cute in this blue fringed mini dress paired with high black boots and black leather jacket with the sleeves pushed up. She wore a lot of beaded bracelets. She wore her long brown tousled waves with a lot of blonde highlights.

Miley’s hairstyle was adorable too. She let her long tousled waves cascade over her shoulders. There were blonde highlights around her face and it faded into a reddish brown at the ends.
