Miley Cyrus in June of 2010 in the Press Room at the 21st Annual MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto, Canada. She looked hot in this tight black leather dress. She had red nails and wore a bracelet with big turquoise stones. Her tousled blonde hair was shoulder length, it looks like she’s taken some of the length off her hair. It’s also a little lighter, more blonde highlights throughout. She looks great holding her award!
