Miley Cyrus in Black Gown

Miley Cyrus in February of 2009 arriving at the 51st Annual GRAMMY Awards in Los Angeles. She looked adorable in this black off one shoulder gown. It had a large black flower in front of the left shoulder. It was a unique dress with a partial open back. She wore her hair in a partial wavy updo.
