Miley Cyrus in April of 2009 at the Madrid Photocall for “Hannah Montana:The Movie” at the Kinepolis Cinema in Madrid, Spain. She looked adorable wearing this cocktail dress with a white strappy top and pale pink frilly skirt. She wore black pumps and a lot of metal and sparkly jewelry. Her very long hair was parted to the side and worn over her shoulders. Her makeup was simple and fresh.
