Miley Cyrus in November of 2010 attending a meeting with her fans at the Ideal Cinema in Madrid, Spain. She wore a white lace blouse with tight black leather pants. She accessorized with a large silver cuff bracelet and a long silver chain necklace. Her very long blonde hair was parted in the middle and worn in tousled waves which hung over both her shoulders. Her blue eye sparkled, she looked great.
