Miley Cyrus in April of 2009 arriving at the “Hanna Montana The Movie” World Premiere in Hollywood. She looked very cute in this blue fringed mini dress paired with high black boots and black leather jacket with the sleeves pushed up. She wore a lot of beaded bracelets. She wore her long brown tousled waves with a lot of blonde highlights.
